O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no.1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to carry out demolition action on the property bearing House No. J77-78, Gali No. 26B, Swatantra Nagar, Narela, Delhi-110040.

submits that the unauthorized construction with respect to the property in question, already stands booked and a Demolition Order dated 27th March, 2025, has also been issued. He submits that the required action against the property in question is now fixed for 14th May, 2025. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take action against the unauthorized construction in the property in question forthwith, as per the planned action.

The Station House Officer ("SHO") of the local police station is directed to provide adequate police force to the MCD at the time of taking the requisite action.

It is directed that, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any nonaction on the part of MCD, he has a liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), constituted by the Supreme Court in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., in W.P.(C) 1807/2018, and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors., in W.P.(C) 4649/2017.

In case the owner/occupier of the property in question is aggrieved by the Demolition Order passed by the MCD, the owner/occupier is also at liberty to seek his remedy for challenging the said Demolition Order, in accordance with law.

Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 8.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, stands disposed of.
