The present challenge pertains to the order dated 25.05.2023, passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954.

Vide the impugned order, the concerned authority has directed the DGM to appear and has further imposed a cost of Rs. 5,000/- for non-compliance with the earlier order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to complying with the said order; however, he prays that the concerned authority may decide the issue of territorial jurisdiction at the earliest. 4.
