The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:- "(a) Pass an order thereby initiating proceedings against the nonapplicant/respondent under section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act and non- applicant/respondent be held guilty for the same and punished accordingly.

(b) Pass an order directing the Respondent/Contemnor to comply with the order dated 23/07/2018 passed by the Ld. MM (Mahila Court), Ms. Rajni Banga, Rohini Court, North-West, Delhi and pay the requisite maintenance amount without any further delay. (c) Pass any other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of this case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
