% 11.01.2018 A perusal of ordersheets reveals that none has been appearing on behalf of petitioner on the last 6-7 dates of hearing. It is pertinent to note that vide order of 17th March, 2017, this petition was taken out of category of regular hearing and was directed to be listed in the category of 'After Notice Miscellaneous Matters' with expectation that petitioner would be represented. On the next date of hearing i.e. on 4th May, 2017, this petition was listed in the category of 'After Notice Miscellaneous Matters', but even then none had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of petitioner. In such a situation, there is no option but to dismiss this petition in default. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in default.
