The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "(a) issue appropriate writ of mandamus, order or directions thereby directing the respondent nos. 1& 2 to transfer the investigation of the present FIR bearing no.O 155 dated 26.06.2019 registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, District Rohini, New Delhi Under Section 420 / 34 IPC against The respondent nos.3 to 6 to an independent agency or any appropriate agency."
