% 29.01.2016 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the NCTE by way of a representation through a counsel or an authorized representative for conducting examination for the students alleged to have been admitted in academic year 2014-2015.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn. This Court clarifies that it has expressed no opinion on the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
