The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging an office order dated 13.08.2021, by which respondent No. 3 was appointed as Campus Director of the Pusa Campus of respondent No. 1- University. 2.

The appointment order was stayed by an interim order of this Court dated 25.08.2021, which is still subsisting.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1- University states that the University has issued a new Office Order on 27.02.2025, by which another individual [Dr. Pramod Kumar Goyal] has been appointed as the Campus Director of the Pusa Campus. Although there is some controversy as to the effect of the said Office Order and its legality, those are matters which are the subject matter of a fresh writ petition [W.P.(C) W.P.(C) 9017/2021 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
