% 19.08.2019 C.M. No. 36640/2019 By this application, the respondents seek 10 weeks time to comply with the order dated 30.05.2019. The said order required the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the representation within four weeks.

The said four weeks expired at the end of June, 2019. A further period of over one month and 19 days has elapsed, still there is no compliance. We are not inclined to grant further extension of time unless the respondent applicants file a status report disclosing the stage at which the matter is pending consideration.

The said status report be filed within a week. List on 26.08.2019.
