The present appeal has been filed by the appellant who is aggrieved by the order dated 20.05.2019 passed by the learned Judge Family Court, Saket Courts, Delhi granting the respondent/father custody of their three years old child for a period of ten days to enable them to travel to Goa for a

holiday.

An apprehension has been expressed by learned counsel for the appellant that the respondent will not be in a position to take care of a three years old child in the absence of any lady accompanying them on the holiday.

Learned counsel for the respondent assures the Court that the respondent‟s sister and bother-in-law (both doctors) shall accompany the respondent and child on the trip to Goa. He also undertakes that his client would adhere to the terms and conditions laid in para 18 and 19 of the impugned order.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, counsel for the appellant, states on instructions that he does not wish to press the present appeal.
