At the outset, learned APP for the State submits that the charge sheet in the present case has already been filed without the arrest of the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw both the petitions with liberty to file regular bail applications before the learned Trial Court.
Liberty is granted.
Learned Trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with the law. In view of the above, both the petitions stand disposed of.
