The APP for State submits that trial is almost concluded and only 5 witnesses, all of whom are official witnesses, remain to be examined and the matter is fixed for 22nd August 2024 before the Trial Court, for the said purpose.

In these circumstances, Trial Court may expedite conclusion of proceedings and conclude within next 3 months. 3.

In light of the above, petitioner's counsel does not press this bail petition at this stage and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 4.

Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application, if any, with liberty to file afresh. 5.

Copy of order be sent to Trial Court for compliance of above directions.
