The present petitions are filed seeking cancellation of bail of granted to respondent No.2.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that respondent No.2 in both the petitions have expired and thus, these petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions.

Learned APP for the State submits, on instructions, that the factum of death of respondent No.2 in both the petitions stands verified. 4.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
