The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 06.03.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Principal Judge, Family Court‟) in HMA No.1444/2018 titled as "Shweta Garg vs. Prince Garg" and prayed as under: a.

Pass an order thereby directing the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Court, Delhi not to give any unnecessary adjournment as given in impugned order dated 06.03.2024 and conduct the evidence in Divorce petition bearing HMA No. 1444/2018 on day-to-day basis in a time .bound manner, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Alternatively, a retired District and Session Judge may be ·appointed as local commissioner to record evidence on day-today basis between the parties so as to effectively adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
