% 04.08.2016 In WP(C) 5348/2010 on the statement of the counsel for the petitioner (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.) it was recorded that a memorandum of understanding has been arrived at between the DMRC and the South Delhi Municipal Corporation which stand has been affirmed in the petition by the learned counsel appearing for the SDMC.

In view of this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner in the present petition submits that his prayers have become infructuous as they have been answered. He does not wish to press this petition. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
