Counsel for respondent points out to a communication dated 10th June 2024, which states that department has forwarded the representation dated 12th March 2023 to the Government of Bihar, and Ministry of External Affairs to verify the authenticity of the caste certificate submitted by Mr. Gaurav Kumar and Mr. Raj Anand, who are respondent no.3 and 4 in the writ petition.

A communication has been sent and response is awaited from the Government of Bihar.

Counsel for respondent states that they will address communication every month to the Government of Bihar in this regard so that they can respond.
