This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- (a) a Civil Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to update / include / reflect the name of Petitioner Institution, in the list being maintained by Respondent No.2 on its website, which list contains names / details of institutions recognised for running teachers training courses, including the D.El.Ed. and M.Ed. courses forthwith; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (b) a Civil Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking consequent direction to Respondent No.2 to communicate the updated /recognised status of the Petitioner Institution, to its Affiliating Body and the State Department of Higher Education, for the purpose of counselling for the academic session 2026-27, forthwith; and/or (c) pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 5.

Mr. Rupal, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that the representation of the petitioner will be decided within 10 days from today.

The decision on the representation of the petitioner Institute, subject to verification, shall be communicated to the affiliating body as well as the concerned department of the State Government and shall also be updated on the website immediately.

The petition is allowed and disposed of in aforesaid terms. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
