The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: "1. Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the Order dated 18.03.2024 of this Hon'ble Court passed in the LPA NO. 217 of 2024;

2. Pass any other or further order/ s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Vide order dated 18.03.2024 in LPA 217/2024, the learned Division Bench of this Court had passed the following directions: "10. We accordingly dispose of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 26th February, 2024 passed in LP A 193/2023 and connected matters with a direction to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. remove the stock lying in the subject premises, within the next two weeks. In disposing of the stock, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will follow the procedure prescribed under Rule 56 of the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010."

Status report on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 have been filed, wherein it is recorded as under:

"2. That this Status Report is being filed by the Answering Respondent to place on record the status of compliance. It is most respectfully submitted that there has been complete and full compliance of the aforementioned directions by the Answering Respondent. The liquor lying at the Petitioner's vends situated at Freehold plot No.8, facility centre, Mayapuri Phase-1I, New Delhi, namely G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 and G6, rented out to M/s Popular Spirits LLP (Ex 177 Licensee of the Excise Department) have been cleared and vacated on 20.09.2024 and possession taken over by the Shop Owner (Annexure "A")."

In the considered opinion of this Court the compliance has been done. 6.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., 08.08.2025.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
