The issue pertains to the removal of petitioner from the membership. 2.
Post-election new governing body has come into office. 3.
We have permitted the petitioner to make a fresh representation vide Order dated 25th August 2025.

alleging that the same members are continued in the new elected body but for one new member.

This can't be a reason for not approaching the committee for restoration of membership.

That being so, we dismiss the present petition as the petitioner has no intention and regard to the compliance of the order dated 25th August 2025. 7.
However, we make it clear that in case if the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, makes a representation to the elected committee, the elected committee shall weigh on the same within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken on the representation of the petitioner in writing to the petitioner along with reasons mentioned therein. 8.
In case if the order of the elected committee qua the petitioner's representation is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open for him to approach afresh.

The petition accordingly stands dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 11.
