This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the directions be issued for de-freezing of the bank account - bank account bearing No. 50200007932791 of Public Health Technologies Trust (PHTT) maintained with HDFC Bank, Green Park Extension Branch, Delhi.

Mr Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC appearing for the State states that the said account has already been de-freezed on 04.01.2020. He has handed

over a photocopy of the letter dated 14.02.2020 addressed to the concerned bank.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance does not survive. 6.
