Petitioner seeks mandamus to respondents no. 1 and 2 (police authorities) in order to protect her from respondents no. 3 and 4 (brother-inlaw and nephew of petitioner) and for proper investigation of her complaint dated 12.04.2025.

Learned ASC appearing on advance intimation accepts notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2 and discloses that the parties are embroiled in property disputes and there are complaints and counter-complaints. 4.

for petitioner fairly withdraws this request so that petitioner takes appropriate action in accordance with law.

So far as, the request for protection is concerned, the learned ASC on instructions of IO/SI Satyawan from Police Station Inderpuri has furnished phone number of the concerned Beat Officer - Ct. Pramod as 7827874481, which phone number learned counsel for petitioner shall convey to the petitioner so that in case of any difficulty, she may call up the Beat Officer directly. At the same time, SHO Inderpuri shall also keep vigil around the house of the petitioner in order to ensure her protection. 6.
