This petition is invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking protection from three persons who are unauthorizedly entering into her property. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though a number of complaints have been made to the police, no action has been taken against them. Thus, she was compelled to file the present petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is limiting her relief to the extent of seeking protection from the persons, namely, Mr. Nishikant Singh, Mr. Arvind Kumar and Mr. Sandeep Singh.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the mobile numbers of the SHO/beat constable of the concerned police station can be provided to the petitioner and in the need of emergency, she may contact them.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, with the aforesaid submissions, at present, no further directions are needed. 6.
In view of the above, let the numbers of the SHO/beat constable be provided to the petitioner in due course of the day so that the petitioner may contact such concerned police officials in case of emergency.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition as well as pending application stands disposed of.
