CRL.M.C. 361/2016 & Crl.M.A.No.1537/2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that charge sheet has been filed and case is pending for arguments on charge before learned Trial Court.

In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to urge all the issues before learned Trial Court at the time of framing of charge.

Permission is granted with liberty, as prayed for. Accordingly, instant petition along with miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn.
