Present matter has been listed in pursuance to an office note dated 14th May, 2024 prepared by the Registry. The said office note read as under:- "The present Writ Petition was disposed off, vide order dt. 15.04.2024 by the Hon'ble Division Bench with following direction: "5. Accordingly, Respondent No.5 (Liquidator) is directed to take a decision on the application dated 14th June, 2022 filed by the Petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period a period of ninety days from the dare of receipt of copy this order strictly in accordance with rules and guidelines governing the field." In compliance of the above mentioned order. Registry of this Hon'ble Court received the Letter dated 02.05.2024 from Mr. H.S. Patel. IAS (Retd.), Liquidator ACCS Ltd., which reads as under:

enforcement agencies have attached assets including Bank Accounts.

So it is not possible to settle any claim or refund any amount till liquidation proceeding started and claims are settled, so time limit cannot be adhered in view of the above facts. This may be brought to notice of respective Court. Thanking you"

Vide order dated 15th April, 2024, this Court had directed the liquidator to take a decision on the petitioner's application dated 14th June, 2022, preferably within ninety days. For the reason stated in the liquidator's letter, the disbursal of the amounts, if any, to the petitioner can await the decision in the multiple legal proceedings initiated by the law enforcement agencies; however, the liquidator must decide and dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 14th June, 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Ordered accordingly. 3.

With the aforesaid clarification, the office note stands disposed of.
