This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioners seeking quashing of the present FIR No.1034/2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Uttam Nagar.

The petitioners are present along with their counsel. Respondent No.2 is also present along with her minor daughter and represented through her counsel Mr.Prakash Gohil, who states that his vakalatnama is on the record.

It is submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of the Settlement arrived at before the Counselling Cell, Family Courts, Dwarka vide agreement dated 17.11.2023. 4.

entire dispute including maintenance for a total amount of Rs.17,20,000/-. It is stated that Rs.11,20,000/- has already been paid to her at the time of first motion for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 between the parties. 5.

Today a bank draft of Rs.6,00,000/- drawn on the State Bank of India bearing No.585690 dated 02.04.2024 in favour of Deepika has been handed over to the respondent No.2 in Court. 6.

Learned APP for the State has no objection.

In view of the aforesaid FIR No.1034/2018 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC with police station Uttam Nagar and the proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed. 8.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
