The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner in nature of Habeas Corpus for a direction to be issued to the Respondent No.1, 2 and 3 to produce the daughter and the grandson of the Petitioner, who according to the Petitioner has been illegally detained by the Respondents No.4 to 7, who are her father-in-law, mother-in-law and brothers-in-law respectively. 2.

Vide Order dated 02.05.2025, this Court had directed the daughter of the Petitioner to be present in Court. The daughter of the Petitioner is present in Court today.

We have interacted with the daughter of the Petitioner who is a major. She states that she is staying with her in-laws on her own will and she is happy in the house of her in-laws.

Since the daughter of the Petitioner has been produced in Court and she states that she is happy with her in-laws, nothing survives in the instant Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
