% 05.05.2025 CRL.M.A. 13890/2025 FOR CORRECTION OF YEAR OF FIR 1.

This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ["Cr. PC"] read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ["BNSS"], 2023 for the correction of year of FIR number in a disposed petition bearing Crl. MC No. 3676/2024. 2.

The Court takes note of the order dated 16.05.2024, whereby, the Court quashed the FIR, registered under Section 498/406/34 IPC, PS Dabri and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that there is a typographic error in the number of the FIR. According to her, the correct number of FIR is "0631/2021", but the order dated 16.05.2024 records the FIR number as "0631/2020.

Learned Additional PP also confirms the correct FIR number as 0631/2021 and not 0631/2020. Copy of such FIR is also part of the petition. 5.

There seems to be a clerical mistake in the recording of FIR number in the order dated 16.05.2024, the same is therefore corrected, to be read as FIR No. 0631/2021.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
