The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner for production of her daughter. 2.

The facts as stated in the writ petition reveal that the Petitioner's daughter got married to Respondent No.4. It is stated that on 22.12.2024, the Respondent has forcibly taken the Petitioner's daughter to her matrimonial house and thereafter the Petitioner has not been permitted to meet her daughter.

On filing of the petition, Police has shifted the daughter of the Petitioner at the residence of her in-laws and met the Petitioner's daughter. The Petitioner's daughter and her mother-in-law are present in Court today. 4.

This Court has interacted with the Petitioner, Petitioner's daughter and mother-in-law. Prima facie, it appears that it is a case of matrimonial discord between the Petitioner's daughter and her husband. 5.

The Petitioner's daughter has expressed her desire to go back with her mother. The mother-in-law of the Petitioner's daughter states that she has no objection. The Petitioner's daughter is a major and she can go wherever she wishes.

Since the body of the Petitioner's daughter has been produced in this Court, nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the allegations which have been made in the petition.
