CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR MENDIRATTA
O R D E R
% 27.02.2024 1.
An application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 49/2018, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at PS: EOW, Delhi. 2.
At the outset, it may be observed that there is no substantial change of circumstances after dismissal of earlier BAIL APPLN. 1515/2022 by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2022 except that petitioner is still under custody. Contentions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner were duly considered in detail while passing the aforesaid order. 3.
Considering the gravity of offence and the fact that complainants were duped to the tune of Rs. 9,52,00,000/-, no grounds for bail are made out. Application is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
ANOOP KUMAR MENDIRATTA, J.
