Petitioner seeks grant of parole for four weeks. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner needs to come out of jail for the purpose of shifting his house and it is an emergency situation but his application is still pending with the competent authority. 2.

Learned ASC accepts notice and submits that the petitioner is in jail for having thrown acid on his first wife.

The parole application is dated 15.04.2025, which is yet to be decided by the competent authority.

Under these circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to decide the parole application as early as possible but The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. positively within time prescribed by law and thereafter, the petitioner shall have liberty to again approach this Court depending upon the decision or even indecision of the competent authority.
