The present petition has been preferred by Ms. Sandhya, wife of Ashok Kumar stating therein that she has received warrants with respect to proceedings initiated under Section 138 NI Act. The petitioner claims that she has never availed any loan from the respondent No.2 and as such, there is no question of any proceedings against her. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2/PNB submits that the loan was taken by one Sandhya, wife of Anil Kumar against whom the said proceedings were initiated and subsequent to which, on a settlement having been arrived at between the parties, the offence was compounded and the complaint stands withdrawn on 21.03.2024.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
