This application has been filed jointly by the parties, who are present physically and virtually before this Court today and have been identified by their respective counsels and the other parties present, stating that they have amicably settled their disputes in terms of the 'Term Sheet of settlement' dated 07.02.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Term Sheet') and the 'Addendum to the Settlement dated 07.02.2024' dated 10.07.2024 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Addendum').

counsels. They jointly pray that the suit be decreed in terms of the above Term Sheet and the addendum.

The 'Term Sheet' is exhibited as Ex.C1, while the 'Addendum' is exhibited as Ex.C2.

I have perused the contents of the Term Sheet and the Addendum, and find the terms thereof to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the 'Term Sheet' (Ex. C1) read with the 'Addendum' (Ex. C2).

The parties shall remain bound by their undertakings/obligations contained in the above agreement(s). 6.

The plaintiff shall file the original of the 'Term Sheet' and the 'Addendum' before this Court within a period of three days. 7.

Interim order dated 30.05.2019 stands vacated. 8.

The next date of hearing stands cancelled.
