This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 59/2023 dated 13.02.2023 registered under Sections 323/341/34 IPC at PS: Delhi Cantt; charge sheet dated 22.06.2023; and consequential proceedings.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to argue the matter before the Trial Court on order on charge and with liberty to take further remedies at appropriate stage. 5.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
