This is a Writ Petition under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the arrest warrant dated 14.05.2026 for stay of the attachment of the residential property of the Petitioners.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have already approached the Court of the Assistant Collector GR-I, Cooperative Societies, Delhi Government for recall of the arrest warrant dated 14.05.2026.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners has further submitted that there are three applications filed on 21.05.2026, 02.06.2026 and 08.06.2026.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2 on advance service makes a statement, on instructions, that the applications filed on behalf of the Petitioners are coming up for hearing on 16.06.2026 for consideration and the learned Collector will pass an appropriate order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners in accordance with law.

We take the said statement on record and direct that the applications filed by the Petitioners will be heard on 16.06.2026 on the date already fixed and shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. 6.
We further direct that no coercive step of arrest of the Petitioners / Judgment Debtors shall be taken pursuant to the arrest warrant dated 14.05.2026 till the final disposal of the said applications. 7.
In view of the above directions, the Petition stands disposed of. Pending Applications also stand disposed of.
