Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner places reliance on the order dated 07.11.2024 passed in W.P. (C) 10618/2022 and he submits that the controversy involved in the instant petition stands covered by the said decision.

After considering the grievance raised in the instant petition, the material on record, and the cited decision, this Court is of the opinion that the lis in this petition is squarely covered by the said decision. 3.

Accordingly, the direction contained in the said order will have full force in the facts of the present case as well. The same shall apply mutatis mutandis.
