Mr. Katara, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor, on instructions from Mr. Naresh Hemdev, who appears through VC, states that the entire decretal amount along with up-to-date interest will be deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court within 4 weeks from today, subject to any order which may be passed in FAO (proposed to be filed by the judgment-debtor). 2.

Once the amount is deposited, the decree-holder shall be entitled to withdraw the same, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

In case the FAO filed by the decree-holder, modifies the decree, the decree-holder shall be entitled to move an appropriate application for revival of the execution petition.
