When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the petition should be maintainable before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) since the matter pertains to a service dispute, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a prayer to transfer the present writ petition to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in order to avoid the issue of limitation.
