% 12.12.2024 CM No. 72716/2024 (for passing direction in compliance of order dated 20.08.2024 with respect to travel abroad) File has been placed before me in compliance of order dated 20.08.2024. Petitioner Sh. Saral Verma has been granted permission to travel abroad by the Hon'ble Court subject to conditions contained in order dated 20.08.2024.
In compliance of order dated 20.08.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court, petitioner has undertaken that he shall abide by the terms contained in the order dated 20.08.2024. Petitioner has undertaken that he shall provide the complete itinerary regarding his travel to the concerned Investigating Officer at least two days prior to the date of departure and also furnish a copy of air tickets purchased by him to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

It is submitted that the phone number provided would be used by him during his stay abroad, which number will be kept operational at all times. Vide order dated 20.08.2024 the Hon'ble Court has directed the petitioner to furnish the security of Rs.50 lakhs. Today, in compliance of order dated 20.08.2024, learned counsel for petitioner submits that FDR bearing A/c No. 347410001945for Rs. 50 lakhs has already been filed and is lying with the registry.
As per the report of the registry, FDR bearing A/c No. 347410001945for Rs. 50 lakhs is lying with the registry. The FDR is accepted for the present travel also. Registry is directed to send the intimation to the Bank that the said FDR shall not be encashed by the bank without prior permission of this Court.
Besides, the petitioner has also furnished a copy of the air tickets that he has purchased for his travel. The petitioner shall be travelling w.e.f. 18.12.2024 to 28.12.2024.
The petitioner is present in Court through video conferencing. He has been duly identified by his counsel. Petitioner affirms that the details of travel, contact furnished in the Court are true and correct and has also undertaken to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court for his travel abroad by order dated 20.08.2024. Considering that the conditions have been complied with by the petitioner, he may travel, as permitted by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 20.08.2024.
