The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution challenging an order dated 03.04.2019, by which the Appellate Authority and Director, Defence Estates, Western Command, Chandigarh upheld various notices issued by Delhi Cantonment Board ["DCB"] with regard to unauthorised construction in the petitioner's property.

The petitioner has now filed CM APPL. 64127/2024 to place on record an application filed by him on 20.09.2024 before the DCB for regularisation of the unauthorised construction. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petition may be disposed of, directing the DCB to consider the the said representation in W.P.(C) 6374/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. accordance with law, and pass necessary orders thereupon. It is so ordered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, points out that the petitioner has been protected against coercive action, by an interim order dated 30.05.2019. The said order is continued until two weeks after the decision on the petitioner's application for regularisation is communicated to him. 5.

The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed of with these directions.
