This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "[a] Issue a Writ of mandamus and issue directions to the respondent to appoint nodal officer for updating the contact details/email id of the Petitioner institution for the purposes of filing the PAR; and [b] Issue a Writ of mandamus and directed the respondent to enable the petitioner to fill the PAR; and (c] Issue a Writ of mandamus and direct the respondent to update the status of petitioner institution on its website; and;

[d] issue a Writ of mandamus direct the respondents to extend the timeline for submission of PAR beyond 17.06.2026;

[e] Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed just and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the similar Petitions have already been allowed by the Co-ordinate Bench and the same may accordingly, be allowed.

The Co-ordinate Bench in W.P.(C) 7347/2026 vide Order dated 29.05.2026 and in a batch of Writ Petitions W.P (C) 7347/2026 decided on 05.06.2026 has allowed similar Petitions. The present Petition be also disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel for the Respondent who has appeared on advance notice, submits that in terms of Order dated 29.05.2026, Nodal Officers have already been appointed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that though these Nodal Officers are appointed, but despite repeated calls, they do not respond. 7.

The abovementioned Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

(a) The Petitioner, and other similarly situated institutes having issues with regard to their contact details having not been updated, will contact the said Nodal Officer who shall facilitate the same expeditiously in Order to meet the timelines. (b) The said Nodal Officer shall remain available from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on every working day The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

till then and shall respond to every call that will be received by them.

(c) In case of further difficulties, the petitioners will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies and will be entitled to revival of the present Petition(s). 8.

In view thereof, the present Petition along with the application (s), if any, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
