% 14.11.2017 Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, learned ASC has informed this Court that the charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted under Sections 395/341/323/506 and 34 IPC.

The present writ petition has been filed for change of the investigating agency. With the submission of charge-sheet, the present petition has become infructuous.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Trial Court and demonstrate that there are sufficient materials in the police papers to warrant taking of cognizance for other offences as well, for which the FIR was lodged.
