It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that on the instructions of the petitioner he wants to withdraw the petition and will be handing over the possession of property in question i.e. property bearing no.4 and 10, Ground Floor, forming part of building no.37, DDA Community Centre East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 on 01.07.2025 and till that date the petitioner shall pay concessional use and occupation charges at the rate of Rs.2222/- per month to the respondent, failing which they will pay use and occupation charges at the prevailing market rate at the rate of Rs.3,00,000/- per month. In case the petitioner fails to pay the use and occupation charges, the respondent will be at liberty to execute the eviction order.
