This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 428 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 335/2021 dated 12.08.2021 under Section 306 IPC registered at PS-Palam Village. 2.

This is the third call of the matter but there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
