The present petition under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate directions against the Respondent to show cause as to why proceedings for Contempt of Court be not initiated against the Respondents for willful and contumacious disobedience of the orders dated 02.06.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 8244/2023 and to further secure the presence of the Respondent and to issue show-cause as to why he should not be proceeded with for his intentional disobedience, and to pass appropriate orders thereon in the light of the detailed facts and circumstances narrated hereinabove. Any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in the favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the order dated 02.06.2023 in W.P.(C) 8244/2023 has been complied with.
