This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant no.1 in CS No.515/2024 titled as Vanesa Care Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. v. Neha Gupta & Anr. pending before the Dwarka Court. The plea is that two Section 9 petitions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') bearing no. OMP(I) 02/2024 and OMP(I) 06/2025 and a Section 11 petition under the Act bearing no.ARB. P. 908/2025 are pending before this court and the same are intricately connected.

Learned counsel for the parties in the suit as well as in the petitions under the Act are ad idem that the differences have been bridged and the matter stands settled. The parties have consented that this suit be transferred to this Court and in view of the settlement, a consolidated order disposing of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the above, let the suit be transferred to this Court and be listed on 06.04.2026 along with ARB.P. 908/2025, O.M.P.(I) 2/2024 and O.M.P.(I) 6/2025.
