The present transfer petition arises out of the letter dated 24.04.2024 received from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-02/North District Rohini Court, Delhi stating that the matter has to be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi as one of the accused in the present FIR is a former Member of Delhi Legislative Assembly. 2.

Accordingly, the present Transfer Petition is allowed. 3.

It is directed that the proceedings in CNR No. DLNT02-001576-2017 titled as "State vs. Rajesh Garg", under Sections 186/353/341/147/149/34 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.'), be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi.
