W.P.(C) 6556/2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.01.2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (CAT/ Tribunal) in M.A. No.237/2019 in O.A. No.461/2018. The petitioner's Miscellaneous Application - whereby he sought interim relief, has been rejected by the Tribunal.

Ms. Ahlawat submits that the results have been declared and the candidature of the petitioner had been rejected on account of his not

fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The petitioner has assailed the eligibility criteria in his Original Application.
