The Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to the Respondent for refund of the amount paid by the Petitioners under e-stamp certificate bearing No. IN-DL40460321161570W for the sum of Rs.21,49,350/- and e-stamp certificate bearing No. INDL40460850154270W for the sum of Rs.18,42,000/-. 2.

It is stated that the Petitioners have filed applications for refund of the stamp papers on 21.03.2024 and 22.03.2024.

The writ petition is being disposed of by directing the appropriate authority to dispose of the said applications within four weeks from today.
