The Respondent No.1 and the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner are physically present in Court today. 2.

The present Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, jointly by the Petitioner and the Respondents, seeking disposal of the Writ Petition in terms of the settlement that has been arrived at between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.06.2025 [hereinafter referred to as the 'Settlement Agreement']. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that since the matter between the parties stands settled, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. It is further submitted that in pursuance to the Settlement Agreement, the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner through his Counsel has handed over a cheque bearing No. 805870 dated 11.06.2025 for the sum of Rs.8,00,000/- drawn on the Standard Chartered Bank and in favour of Mr. Ram Kishan/Respondent No.1, who is physically present in the Court today.

A copy of the cheque has also been handed over in the Court. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so it remains embedded in the case file.

It is noticed that the Settlement Agreement has a typographical error in paragraph 2 therein. The date of the Award therein may be read as 15.11.2018.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, in view of the Settlement Agreement. All pending Applications stand closed.

The next date of hearing i.e., 08.09.2025 stands cancelled. 9.
