1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a connected writ petition being W.P.(C)11008/2023, raising the same issues as raised in the present petition, already stands rejected by this Court on 25.08.2023.

She further submits that the said order was unsuccessfully assailed before the Apex Court and therefore, fairly submits that the present petition is also liable to be dismissed.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is, in view of the order dated 25.08.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 11008/2023, dismissed. The petitioner is, however, granted four weeks' time to implement the impugned order.
