3. The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1200/2020. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has disposed of the Original Application (O.A.) filed by the petitioner by directing the respondents to take a decision with respect to regularization, seniority, and promotion of the petitioner within a period of 16 weeks.
4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and submits that he will await the passing of a final order by the respondents in terms of the impugned order and then assail the same, if the need so arises.
5. In the light of the aforesaid, we dismiss the writ petition as not pressed by making it clear that, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any fresh order as may be passed by the respondents, it will be open for him to assail the same as per law.
